Meet The Team
The voice of interim executives globally.
Robert Jordan has been an interim exec for 14 years, and over that time has met and enjoyed friendship and partnership with many brilliant interims. In 2007 he started what became a five year experiment by launching interimCEOinterimCFO, the first global online network for interim executives. After growing the network to 2,300 members, Bob and partner, Olivia Wolak, launched the Association of Interim Executives to professionalize the specialty and create a forum for interims around the world. Bob is also President of RedFlash, an interim management team that specializes in corporate development work with entrepreneurs and early stage tech companies. Prior to entering interim management, he launched Online Access, the first Internet-coverage magazine in the world, which landed on the Inc. 500 list of fastest-growing companies. Bob is author of How They Did It: Billion Dollar Insights from the Heart of America, featuring 45 leading company founders who’ve created $51 billion in value from scratch.
Olivia Wolak co-founded the Association of Interim Executives and directs the organization. Olivia previously built the interimCEOinterimCFO network from a home-grown website to a robust social network with thousands of members. She directed publication of various ebook, website, and marketing initiatives and edited How They Did It: Billion Dollar Insights from the Heart of America. In conjunction with the book Olivia led a national event series, the Entrepreneurial Bash, which drew hundreds of attendees and over 30 co-hosting organizations.
Paula Saban brings 25 years of success in the financial services industry to the Association.
